Great practice tonight - dream about - going down the sideline - passing the ball up to a teammate. Having your stick down and PUSHING it into the goal - oh that is a thing of beauty!!! Sweet dreams!!!

I like playing a team sport and having fun. I also like having friendly competitions with other teams. I also play because the sport itself is just awesome!
ReplyDeleteI really love having that feeling of working together on a team. I also like it when I hit a great shot or if I score or assist or take the ball away from the opponent. It makes me feel really great about myself. Its also really fun to be able to play on a team and bond with your teammates!

I LOVE playing field hockey because when I'm playing i'm playing for me. While playing it doesn't matter what happened that day or week, but just what is about to happen in the game. Playing field hockey helps me relax (even though I'm running around) it helps me take my mind off all the pressures of school and family and just play the game. Also to know that you know your team-mates have your back. Its always fun to play, meet new friends, and practise the skills together! AND everyone knows that seven days without field hockey makes one WEAK.

ReplyDeletefield hockey is an awesome sport, its so different from others. but we have a great team which makes everything even better. If you have a good pass or a good hit or get the ball from the opposing team your team is there to congratulate you. It great to get together with friends and practice a sport you all love!

ReplyDeleteI love field hockey because it is such a fun sport and its not like other sports! It's also not an extremely common sport. I love being on a team where you can have fun and where there are many players, unlike tennis. It's the best when I score, have a great shot, or get the ball away from another player- i feel like i have really done something for the team. (the best feeling is scoring though! haha. nothing can top that!)
