Great practice tonight - dream about - going down the sideline - passing the ball up to a teammate. Having your stick down and PUSHING it into the goal - oh that is a thing of beauty!!! Sweet dreams!!!

Day 1 - Get Fired Up for the Tournament!

During the week prior to our tournament at Oak Park – better known as the Pumpkin Tournament , your coaches want you to be focused and reflect on the season and how we can go into the tournament ready to play some of our toughest competition of your Middle School field hockey experience. We as coaches are very proud of you as players and individuals – we want you to feel positive about yourself and be strong members of our TEAM.

Also enjoy the video I created with Mr. G's photo's from the last game of the season of the 8th grade girls at Winnetka.

Quote for the day: There is no “I” in TEAM.

Please comment: How would you apply today’s quote to your play in the upcoming tournament?
